Please help us reach our goal! We are fundraising to:

  • Support family-focused programming at Building One Community, including Homework and Enrichment Club, the Summer Reading Program, arranging bilingual interpreters for parent-teacher conferences, and more!
  • Provide an annual summer weekend of pure fun with enriching activities for the whole family to enjoy
    • By collaborating and partnering with other local Stamford organizations to
    • Cover the cost of admission for 100 family members to Mill River Park’s Stamford Food Festival!

For every $25 that Building One Community – The Center for Immigrant Opportunity raises for its Family Services Program, we can give away 1 ticket for immigrant children and parents to enjoy a Family Fun Weekend event at Stamford’s Mill River Park on August 25th and 26th thanks to the generosity of an anonymous donor! This is the second annual Hey Stamford Food Festival!

With recent events causing uncertainty and turmoil for our families, we welcome all activities that encourage and allow them to spend time together in this community they call home. When you make a donation, you are making DOUBLE THE IMPACT! Children and their parents will receive vital academic and support services at Building One Community AND they will get the chance to enjoy a fun family day at Mill River Park. This is a win-win scenario!

Cost to support the Family Services Program AND send 100 children and parents to Stamford’s Mill River Park Family Fun Day Event: $2,500

Please consider making a gift today! Don’t forget to share why you care about Building One Community – The Center for Immigrant Opportunity with your friends and family and ask for their support! Thank you!

If you give an optional donation to The Impact Vine, thank you for your tax- deductible gift which provides critical funding that we need to operate our website. You will receive an email which serves as a receipt of your entire tax-deductible contribution. Thank you again!
